No sane person would wish the either the Trump presidency or the pandemic on the world, but there are these things happening.
Science is being proved so right, and science deniers so wrong.
Trump can't hide the fact that the virus is winning and he's losing.
We (I.... maybe the rest of you knew) now know that there are at least 30% of our population who are irredeemably stupid, in so many ways. I had assumed it was maybe five or ten percent. I don't like it. But it's better to know than not to know.
So am I glad we have Trump and/or a pandemic? No. But I am glad about these collateral things.
So how should I feel?

What you DO about the way you feel is what matters most. So, what are you going to do?

They just picked another fight with the virus. They get, they lose.
No sympathy.
Being nice when they went to war is what got us PINO.

(11,949 posts)The rest of them can be blamed on 2 things and I know both types.
-those that put themselves in a media bubble. They see little truth and no opposing views.
-smart people who are deplorable and do not share our liberal(in the traditional sense) values. They want a theocracy and support repressive policies for those they view as lesser.
