Virginia state trooper pulls black man out of his car by his neck.

The video screen goes blank after the phone apparently drops, but a voice can be heard repeatedly saying, “Please get off my neck.” At the same time, another voice can be heard saying, “How do you like that motherf*****?

The cop was a sociopath and a narcissist. "Take a look at me I'm a FUCKING SPECIMEN" That's not a normal comment, that's someone with a severe imbalance.
