1) 'I had to kill off the dead weight of the population, so that the stock market could grow even stronger.'
2) 'In order to improve healthcare in this country, I had to amplify a threat and crisis to make the weak spots known.'
3) 'To pay for the tax cuts I gave the wealthy and corporations for you, I had to clear monthly benefit checks paid by the Social Security Trust Fund, so that more debt could be leveraged against it.'
4) 'In order to get rid of Obamacare once and for all, I had to destroy the healthcare system.'
5) 'There are always massive gains out of destruction, so I had to to put the United States in the best position for massive gains.'

On second thought, his adoring crowds would probably think these were all very good ideas.
