This might be unpopular

Has there ever been a more miserable human being to occupy the Oval Office in our lifetime? There are anecdotes about all our presidents which show their humanity from Richard Nixon awkwardly making a late-night visit to the Mall to talk with young anti- war protesters to Tip O'Neil saying Ronald Reagan was a sucker for a sad story to George Herbert Walker Bush quietly being verbally attacked by Gold Star mothers and simply saying that's their right.

There are no such instances about Donald Trump. He is a golem. His defeat in November is a moral imperative, not just for us but for all of humanity.

Never mind occupying the Oval Office. I've never encountered anyone who is as vile as he is. He just doesn't act like someone past the third grade.

I wish I could come up with the proper adjective to describe what I think of him, but I don't think there is just one word. He's vile on so many different levels.

Most people have a light side and a dark side. Trump only has a dark side. Even the worst presidents showed hints of empathy. Trump has shown none.

as president. If he were just some guy on the street I would pity him, but he's a dangerous person in the most powerful office in the nation if not the world.
