What has the IRS done about it?
Do they keep just allowing them to lie on their taxes and then amend and pay every year?

Other people are in jail for lying about their taxes.

Those ads on TV where people are bragging how their Attorney lowered their taxes after 8/10 years of not paying. Do they realize what they are bragging about? Cheating on their taxes!
