E-cigs are illegal and they say you can smoke reg cigs but god like finding somewhere you can actually do so. I took nicotine lozenges and did fine.

country and English is the national language. Plus, once you get there is a 2-3 hour flight to lots of great places like Bali.

Would not surprise me. I quit 20 years ago. Russia probably allows it.
