A $5 and your name and hometown registered in a public database

That’s my suggestion as punishment for being in public without a mask. Maybe even address, too.
*Like sex offenders, the public has a right to know where the dangerous people live.
*Even more importantly, if you need a lung transplant, your risky behavior can be considered in making allocation decisions.
*If liability for a contacts medical bills (Including class action lawsuits) can be attributed to you, the lawyers will know where to find you.
*investigative reporters and epidemiologists can use this as a gold mine of useful data.

America is a free country and with freedom comes responsibility. You DO want to take responsibility for your actions, right?
