Who has paid for the "visual aid" that only a dolt like Trump needs (because he can't read, and has the attention of a gnat, so can't listen to people either) of a crane labelled "Trump Administration" like a really crappy editorial cartoon? It's either criminal use of public money, or it's proof that it's a campaign rally with the Republicans paying for it.
