Is this how America ends?

Blue states being occupied
Democratic politicians being extorted into submission or being imprisoned over false charges
Left leaders being disappeared
A lethal and crippling virus raging and being covered up by the govt
ER's being closed because they are full of coronavirus patients (your on your own if you get sick)
A ruined economy and massive poverty and homelessness
Science being banned
Racism being legalized
Liberals and progressives declared as enemies of the state
Academics becoming second class citizens
American world influence collapses
Undocumented Immigrants captured are executed or sent to concentration camps
Mexicans and blacks and liberals being sent to concentration camps to become slaves
Elections in America completely rigged, thus leading to the installation of Republican leaders everywhere.
Putin laughing hysterically at capturing and ruining America

Republicans believe in might makes right, and we don't fight hard enough back. I want to have faith, but how can I with the memory of 2016? 2004? 2000?

That may be the short-list actually.

You have outlined many possibilities and dire threats to our democracy that would have seemed outlandish or overly sensationalist and even paranoid.

However, part of the psychology of the Right is to put on a big, scary show to incite fear and intimidate us. Keep that in mind.

Let's not think of an end, per se, though. That's just giving up. As things become more dire, we may find that we have to take part in what will assure that those trends don't end our experiment in democracy, right? We were told early on that we needed to be vigilant and informed. That still holds true.

We are going to see tremendous potential for change. You can count on that. The brighter side is that the old system is also going to be fragile enough to allow us to struggle hard to transform it, though that may take a lot of suffering and a long time to accomplish that. Maybe we should be THINKING that way and willing to take advantage of this potential for something better someday?

Keep up your spirits and remember that, even though the circumstances are dire and quite different than we are used to, it has always been work and struggle that keeps our protractors, tyrants and even faux patriots at bay.

Preserve if you can. Stay calm. Respond rather than react. Unite.

The question suggests that you are concerned for a reason and so assumptions are not useful, nor is being too vague.

If so, would you like to share your feelings and experience, or is this an empathy and social awareness question?

and we as a country got through it - ruined economy, rigged elections, concentration camps, slavery, legalized racism, occupied states, leaders on the Left being disappeared/assassinated, lethal virus being lied about, etc.

On the other hand quite a few things on the list seem to be part of a fever dream that tells me you should probably unplug from the internet and go for a walk.

Talk about a massive refugee diaspora if Trump succeeds in solidifying the start of the dark ages of America.
