7. I don't know who he is but

I'd bet he's a concrete finisher cause in the finishing world you sometimes don't have time to go somewhere to take a leak so you have to do all kinds of things such as this using your body to shield someone from seeing your junk and calling the cops as you relieve yourself. So with the callousness he is doing this makes me think he's been here before, like when he's got a lot of concrete on the ground that needs attention but you've got to relieve yourself situation.
