My dad was a Brooklyn Dodger fan. And my dad followed the Dodgers out to Los Angeles and then became a Los Angeles Dodgers fans. So I did inherit my love of the Dodgers from a Brooklyn Dodger fan!

The last baseball game my dad and I went to was a Dodger game. On my birthday. I miss my dad.

Besides Fauci does not need to be tarnished with supporting full baseball stadiums to crank up sports attendance/profits.

Bad optics and common sense.

....that Dr. Fauci was invited to throw out the pitch in an empty stadium. I thought the whole point of such an honor was to receive the cheers and adulation of a crowd. As it is the season opener, I guess that the television viewers are considered enough of an audience.
