Will the Soviet Union win in the end?

Putin is former KGB and Trump's his boy in the White House doing everything he can to destroy this country and its democracy, while Putin is pretty much restoring the autocracy of the Soviet Union in Russia. Will the Soviet Union win in the end? Will Americans let this happen?

will prevail. Have to believe that.

Despite how it seems, America is full of good and intelligent people.

If it comes to it, I'd be willing to sacrifice my life for my country. I don't think I'm alone.

Will we have a real election?

Will we survive the interim between lame duck Donald and Biden’s inauguration?

We will know the answer to your question very soon.

I am not confident that we will win or USSR will.

Putin has turned it into a fascist autocracy. I think the Russian people probably have more freedom now than they did during the Soviet period. Of course that doesn't change that Putin is a dictator and may want to reconstitute the soviet territories.

Putin wants the EU, Nato, UN to lay off him. The Pig is happy to oblige. The Pig wants to have the power in America that Putin has in Russia to feed his pathology.

if the Russians finally won the Cold War without firing a single bullet or missile. But right now, Stalin, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, etal. are all chortling, chuckling from that great dacha in the sky while downing vodka shots. We have a compromat puppet installed in the Oval Office, malignant and destructive 24/7 chaos and daily deconstruction of our Constitution, Laws, Elections and Norms. And the cherry on that sundae is Corona wrecking our economy and killing our citizens.

There's a reason why it fell....and why Imperial Russia fell despite existing on three continents at one point.

That large of a country is unmanageable. The Roman Empire ran into the same problem.

I know a lot of people spout out that Putin wants a return of the Soviet Union....but it just isn't factual. Yes, he's made some territory grabs, but what we should be looking at, is how limited they were. He got a warm water port, shored up his position in Syria and will probably eventually get what he wants in Libya. But there aren't any Russian tanks rolling in Kiev or the Baltic's...or for that manner in the "stan" countries.

It costs way too much money to subjugate a populace that doesn't want you and quell any future problems, they learned that from Chechnya. So they are perfectly happy to take the areas that still identify as Russian but leave the rest. Of course, other nations don't like that as the Soviet Union built up the Russian areas as economic centers. But time and attrition will change that.
