Trump Stuns With New Comments on Cognitive Test: 'Can't Stop Watching'

Mediaite

By Josh Feldman Jul 22nd, 2020, 10:39 pm

President Donald Trump talked a lot about his cognitive test in a new interview with Fox News’ Dr. Marc Siegel.

The president swiped at Joe Biden’s mental fitness and said of his own test, in part, “It was 30, 35 questions. The First questions are very easy. The last questions are much more difficult. Like a memory question. It’s like you’ll go ‘person, woman, man, camera, TV.’ So they say could you repeat that? I said, yeah. ‘Person, woman, man, camera, TV.’ Okay, that’s very good. If you get it in order, you get extra points.”

“I have, like, a good memory. Because I’m cognitively there,” Trump said.

The clip got quite a lot of attention on Twitter:

that is similar. “I went to the market today and I bought...”... and everyone names each item and then adds one more alphabetically until someone gets stumped. I’ve seen a carful of little kids to old grandparents play this game clear to the end of the alphabet. And to check ourselves on a really long trip, hours later someone challenges the group to remember the whole thing, and we are pretty successful. But I’ve never called a tv station afterward to tell them how “cognitively there” I am in my 70’s.

Where they start with a really easy movie title like John Wick, and and then they can add to it. Like "Dear John" before it, so it becomes "Dear John Wick", and then add "Wicker Man " on the end so it becomes "Dear John Wicker Man", and the longer it goes, the harder it is to remember.

I would like to see Trump try a test like that!

If you watch the Lincoln Project version, the physician he identifies as administering the test was Ronny Jackson - who stopped being his physician on March 28, 2018.

As I've been saying - this idiot is crowing about a cognitive assessment he took more than two years ago.
