Is trump still tweeting in the middle of the night, or is he silent now?

If he is silent, is it because he's taking drugs that cause him to get sleepy? Both Aricept and Namenda can make you drowsy. Namenda can also cause hallucinations as an extreme and rarer side effect. (Both drugs are designed to slow down dementia.)

Asking for a friend.

People with Cluster B personality disorders are noted for having trouble falling asleep. I know of three that take trazodone for this purpose.

The collection of afflictions such as this individual don't respond to pharmaceuticals like the average human would. That could help bring on quite a menu of unintended problems.

He's such a mess.

Nor is it consistent with the package warnings: both include trouble sleeping - not excessive sleep - as a side effect.

Some people have paradoxical side effects. Both drugs have drowsiness listed as a potential side effect. They can also list trouble sleeping as a side effect.
