That seems to have been glossed over.
Robert Evans was quite gleeful on his live stream when Wheeler got gassed.

But I have to give him props for going into the crowd last night. He knew he'd get an earful from the demonstrators, but he still went. I don't think he was counting on getting gassed. And maybe that will open his eyes to what the citizens are facing.

I hope that all of the people who have heard me make the wry comment in recent years that its never good when Portland is written about in The Guardian remember who they heard it from.
