That is something the Congress and the people need to know immediately. I doubt that it is any enlisted personnel of the US military.
It is not in the nature of Donald Trump to withdraw those troops. He is more likely to double down.

Frank Figliuzzi said Trump just didn't have more than 100 or 200 available people for each of the cities he was threatening, much less the 75K he's bloviating about. And that those weren't nearly enough to do the job of controlling crime he was claiming they would in these big cities, but enough to stir up more trouble among angry residents.
