Biden should do a PSA style ad

I don't know if anyone has had this idea, but I haven't seen it. I think Biden should do a PSA style ad promoting mask use, social distancing etc. Have him say..."I don't care if you vote for me, I don't care if you don't like me, but as your fellow American...and so on.
Run the ad all over, until everyone gets sick of seeing it. Spend all your campaign cash trying to help the country. It would be unprecedented, tremendous, and generate so much press it would drive the nuts nuts.

that's what got me thinking! Why haven't we been seeing PSA's? It's an obvious void that Biden could fill immediately and demonstrate real leadership.
