but there is a lot of rain. Additionally Isaias is moving at 21 mph so it will not stick around to do much damage.

We here in Jamaica are desperate for some of that rain.

With regard to PR, I was thinking of flooding and mudslides like they've suffered from so many times before. I hope it's like you say and not as serious as it looks.
