We need to fix this so it’s not as easy to get around having your nominee confirmed.

Trump has done this time and time again, installing dangerous sycophants in important roles as “acting” heads that don’t need Congressional confirmation... if one of them pisses him off, out they go and he installs another “acting” who is even worse.
