It took California something like a month to count all ballots, because the election board had to wait for something like a week plus for ballots dropped in the mail the day of the final vote.

People’s tendency to procrastinate is giving Trump something that he can use to try to invalidate voters rejecting him. All that is preventable if people simply get off their asses and get the ballots filled out and properly signed and postmarked at the Post Office or registrars’ office, or use in person early voting where that is available.

I sometime read people in Oregon, Washington State and California writing about how they drop their ballots in collection boxes on voting day. When I read that, I fucking want to scream, “WHY DID YOU WAIT THAT LONG?!!!!!!!”

3 1/2 yrs ago I wouldn't have believed we could be at a point in this country when the "leader" would try to do whatever he wanted with elections, re-run elections until he got the results he wanted.
