Children die at a lower rate, but some DO die and some get very ill, possibly with yet undetermined long term damage. How can he say this as if "So that's not so bad, just a few"? He still cannot really see this pandemic in terms of people, it is all statistics with him. Once and awhile he'll try to sound compassionate, but he reading off a script and the words mean nothing to him.
