Trumps plan

Trump's action would require states to pay for 25 percent of the $400 weekly benefit, while the federal government would pick up 75 percent.

Trump would divert up to $44 billion from FEMA's Disaster Relief Fund to cover the unemployment program.

Trump defers the payroll tax from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, 2020, for employees making $100,000 or less a year. The tax funds Social Security and Medicare.

The executive action suspends federal student loan payments and sets interest rates to 0 percent through Dec. 31, 2020. The current student loan relief programs were to expire on Sept. 30.

Apparently he is not cutting the payroll tax going to the Federal, only the FICA and Medicare that the employer has to match.

They are getting bribed with disaster relief funds and a EO that doesn't even fulfill the amount he stated. How long will that FEMA money last and what happens in a disaster when he uses it up?

Then, the unemployed ones won't even wonder why the payroll tax deferment is important right now, considering it is the unemployed who are in greatest jeopardy. Maybe the idea of deferment is too complex to get and having to be employed to even be a part of that is a strain for them? If Trump doesn't tell them that he is specifically going for defunding Social Security and Medicare, then the fake news will just be making that up. "Orange Jebus is our savior, he wouldn't do that."

As for his statement about those programs being cut next "term" next year, "Oh, he's just ownin' the libruls! What a hoot!"

Then, perhaps the will really rebel yell at the notion that they are going to benefit from a "suggestion" that they don't get evicted if they are about to, which is as good as anything else, right? "You can do that! Preseedent Trump said I can't get evicted, ya' here?"

It's pretty much hamberders with nothing sauce.
