So, been thinking about the time period between Election Day and inauguration.

Once Biden wins, the day after the election if it is official or not, the house should send over an article of impeachment. And do so every week.

If my short term memory serves me correctly, the senate grinds to a halt during an impeachment trial. No Other business Can/will take place.

That way the treasonous dotard and his republican senate sycophants, can’t further harm this country.

Am I wrong?

Just bare naked greed.
The Senate will be full of lame ducks with absolutely no fucks to give, their legacy is already ruined and their careers over.
They’re not gonna pay any attention to impeachment except to toss a few roadblocks out to kill time.

That’s not a bad strategy. It’s obnoxious, but entirely legal, and may very well accomplish the goal you have in mind.

And how his mission is to negate, annihilate, damage, and all but totally destroy Obama's accomplishments and legacy are trDump's priority number one.

If the federal government is taken from trDump and he can no longer plunder the country at will, he will likely rampage and ransack what remains of a working and functioning government up until the coming inauguration date for # 46.

trDump's thinking -

"If I can't have it, no one else will have it either."

Somewhat. But the defendants don't have to show up and the real damage will be in the home office. Basically stop some Judges.

What he should do is appoint as many of the fired IGs that he can to the Transition Team the day after. Then over the next couple of weeks turn the TT into his shadow cabinet.

The implication can be made that while there is no forgiveness there may be mitigation.
