Just got caught in the mail-slowdown?

Mailed my Amazon bill in and, when checking my bank account, found it hadn't been cleared after 11 days. Called them up and was informed that if it arrived late, there would be a late charge added.

Wonder how much people are going to charged because of mail hold-up ?

2. I've already switched everything to auto pay.

I never wanted to do it. I always wanted to support the post office. I'm ordering my meds way ahead of time because they come through the mail. Think of all the people who don't know that they need to do this. I'm also paying extra for delivery on my medications so that it will come through UPS, rather than the post office. Again, I hate having to do that. Not about the money, it's about not being able to use the post office.

Except our water and sewer bills, our township billing office is very low-tech. Had way too many experiences in the old days of credit cards deciding to post your payment whenever they got around to it and if you got a late fee there was nothing you could do. Hell with that.
