On petition for writ of mandamus to the U.S. District Court...Petition for rehearing EN BANC by Judge Emmett G. Sullivan re: Michael T. (for Traitor) Flynn.

It's tomorrow!!

Background:
- Barr (and not the DoJ's staff prosecutors!) decided Flynn was wrong investigated and Flynn should walk free.
- THOUSANDS of former DoJ lawyers went all "WTF?"
- Flynn lawyers then filed for mandamus to ORDER Judge Sullivan to immediately dismiss the charges and close the case against the man who plead "Guilty."
- Sullivan, who wanted to know in the first round why prosecutors have not filed charges of treason, fought back. In this court.
- And lost. But barely; decision was 2-1 and HOT.
- Sullivan saw 2-1, saw who the judges were, and filed another petition, this time demanding an "en banc" rehearing.
- Yup!! The FULL court! The whole mishpocha!
- 30 July 2020: Sullivan's petition was granted.

The U.S. District Court agreed with Sullivan and WILL rehear Flynn case, en banc. Mark your calendars and strap in. It's going to be bumpy.

This is a review hearing with both sides present. There won't be a decision at the end of the day, but at least you will know the arguments. The actual decision? I'm hoping in two weeks, which would be right in the middle of - the Republican National Convention!

This could be 7-2 against Flynn. And Barr.

They don't want any actual pardons this early. They know the first one will be challenged as unconstitutional since they are co-conspirators.

They get exactly one try and then trump may not be able to try again while it winds its way through courts. They would rather just pardon everyone at once and not have to fight it making trump look impotent.

So they will appeal it all the way to scotus, which won't hear it until next term. Flynn stays free and gets a pardon on trumps way out, along with every white nationalist in the federal system, past and present. He will empty the prisons of the worst of the worst.

Because revenge is his only joy in life.

They will follow their normal protocol of review and consultation before eventually deciding to either hear it, ignore it, or send it back down to address some question not raised. It certainly won't be over, heard or not, before next october.

Maybe by then we will have an 8-5 majority on the court.

6. You always hope for a judicial Judge. I met only one, he let me off jury duty.....

when I told him that the defendant's attorney was my ex-wife's attorney and I didn't know if I could remain impartial. I also explained how the prosecutor's case looked ridiculous and that I was torn in my judgement. He looked at me as if I was a Martian and then the defense atty. threw in how he thought I was an extremely honest man. "Sir, you're excused", said he.

The DC court of appeals has 11 judges. If they were to overturn the 2 to 1 decision but the lower court , it might go to the Supreme court.
