I get the comedic value of the picture you're painting here, but the potential risk to both the innocent and guilty such action would impose aside (and that's a seriously unacceptable risk), to do what you are suggesting here would be, by definition, an act of terrorism.

I savor the thought of him cowering in fear like the coward he is as much as anyone here, but "the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims" is the literal definition of terrorism.

Moreover, it is EXACTLY the kind of thing they're trying to pin on the BLM protests by labelling them "ANTIFA terrorists".
