You can see him pause to find the right word, not able to think of it, and substituting "hard"
Much of his his comments in the last few months have shown a decreasing ability to state specifics, instead he substitutes adjectives and superlatives, mixed in with his "no body/anybody" terms.
Now he is reading other people's sentences more often, in that robotic dull tone.
Today he declared the 1917 pandemic was caused by soldiers and ended WW2.
We're in a race to keep from losing our country before he loses all of his mind. He could be drooling and crawling on the floor but Mitch and the others will keep covering up for him until the election, and after it if they can.

Insanity/incompetence defense bc he knows he's getting charged....STRONGLY, and HARD after he's thrown the hell out at Mach 2 speeds.
