COVIDiot Carried Out of Grocery Store by His Son Amid Mask Meltdown at Employees: WATCH

A COVIDiot was lifted and carried out of a Sprouts health food grocery store in Tucson, Arizona after having a meltdown about wearing a mask and trying to pick a fight with workers.

“These people won’t learn,” the man screamed. “You’re a bunch of idiots wearing masks, you know it’s not real. Look at you fools. You got a f**kin’ doily on your face, retard! It looks like you f**king got it off of your mom’s countertop.”

“You feel better now?” one of the man’s sons calmly asked his dad.

“You look like an idiot,” the man continued. “You’re a dork. Look at you, you giant f**king dork. Come outside, come outside and show me how tough you are! I’ll beat that f**king mask off your face. You’re a f**king retard. F**king pussies.”
“A bunch of pussies wearing masks!” the man continued screaming, as his son lifted him and carried him out of the store, releasing a clearly audible fart.

Bunker Boy's followers are definitely escalating their level to violence. They're not liking the polls, & they're listening to their dear leader's dog whistles.

there's an awful lot of "content" out there (and people willing to concoct it) -- that is considered "amusing" these days.

this one, on the other hand ...
couple of really embarrassed family members trying to prevent Dad from getting arrested (or beat up). sorry for you pain. lesson: try not to be around Dad.

I think they are proselytizing, or preaching the word of Bunker Boy.

Before my dad passed, he started "preaching" the outrageous GOP conspiracy theories to anyone he'd meet: the priest greeting parishioners, passengers on the tour bus, etc. - it got very embarrassing, and most people were just polite and ignored him.

It looks like Bunker Boy is putting out the "call to action".

EDIT to add: My dad was not stupid, but something else: maybe deluded, maybe a "true believer" - it was hard to watch his "decline" into believing outrageous conspiracy theories. He was pretty brilliant at one time, and was pretty sharp up until he passed - but a "true believer" cult member.

what a lot of these incidents (and certainly this one) point out is an irrational response. The emotional reaction is clearly out of proportion to the situation. Some of this behavior would seem to border on clinical? Lots of people encounter irritating situations and affront every day -- without going into complete 3 year old meltdown.

(or am I over analyzing?)

His sons already knew how to deal with him once he escalated past a certain point. They didn’t show any surprise at his rage nor did they back him up. They clearly made an effort to calm him down and get him to leave with them. Then one went to the next level of physically carrying him out, while the other quietly followed.

They'd probably say, oh, yeah, there was the guy who poured the milk on the floor screaming that it was sour, and the other who was furious that he couldn't buy liquor because he didn't have his ID and he's clearly over 21, but this is the law....

I think Trump has encouraged them to let this out and do it about this one issue-- but there's been a high level of crazy for awhile. It's probably not "mental illness" in any diagnosable way, and they probably have jobs and get their bills paid and manage to live a fairly normal life. But maybe they've always been on edge and bullying people, and now they think they have a platform.

Getting Covid will probably calm them down some.

there have always been the local vagrants who would shoot up and lock themselves in our bathroom. Since the pandemic we closed the bathrooms and that hasn't been a problem. We now get people who ARE NOT regular customers who come in aggressively SEEKING a confrontation about masks. This is a phenomenon that has made our jobs A LOT more difficult.
