I am happy and RELIEVED it is Kamala. If this has been fait accompli since she dropped out, them they have done a masterful job of turning this into a great media event and built the anticipation.

It's going to be President Biden's White House afterall.
And, he's had some damn great leaders to choose from.

(15,325 posts)I love our November team already & I have no idea who'll be standing by Joe's side.
I secretly hod on to Michele, tho far fetched as it may be.
Trump may as well just hand the WH front door keys to Joe Biden & Michele Obama today & spare us all the traditional protocol bs.

Edited to add: Congratulations to Senator Harris. I will support you with everything Ive got.
==================
Honestly, I was a jubilant Hillary supporter but I thought the choice of Tim Kaine was a bad one. He had no fire, no pizazz. Definitely a smart guy, but I just felt he didnt fit Hillary.
I feel the same way about Kamala Harris in that I dont think she will compliment Biden. Kamala probably has a little too much fire.
I am hoping for Susan Rice.
Now, as I said, this is my last gripe. Whoever is chosen will be the one I support with every fiber of my being. No strife in the party. No division. Unity. Complete unity.
