Because there was a mistake on Carter Page's FISA warrant, they try to say there was no reason for investigation of Trump campaign and Russia, even though it was not the premise for the investigation, the warrant was after the investigation was started and Page was not with the campaign then. The IG did an investigation of the FISA courts and warrants and found there was mistakes on 2 out of 17 presented to the court and neither of them affected the materiality of the warrant. The IG report was not what the repubs wanted to hear, so they, as usual are making up their own shit.
