I'm not social media savvy, but can a Facebook and Twitter group be created

To document and track Mail disruption around the country?

I know it's anecdotal, but in the past 7 business days, I've gotten mail delivery exactly ONCE. Up until last week, we got mail everyday.

I'm just thinking if we flood FB and Twitter with these delays, it could build to a crescendo that politician and the people that own them can't ignore.
