Only a criminal mind...

...would think of sabotaging the USPS, in order to prevent the counting of votes in the most efficient and orderly manner, just so he could claim the election was fixed, and that he was ahead until they took so long counting the mail-in ballots.

The average, healthy person does not think like that.

Only a criminal mind would plan ahead to the point of hiring a new Postmaster General for the purpose of sabotaging the next election, so he can either claim victory or claim that he was cheated out of the election.

Only a sick, criminal mind would exploit it by manipulating his supporters and telling them that they are being robbed by their enemies.

It is not being a "smart politician". It is being a criminal.

If you're thinking that trump and his children and cohorts are criminal and complicit in crimes, I agree.

But adding all of their intelligence together would equal about 10 worms.

These actions are being invoked from something bigger than the trumps.

Criminal? Not sure if it is an act of warfare.

Traitorous? Absolutely.

They’ve been after the post office since Newt was the speaker. At least since then.

Trump is seizing on it both for actual effect but also to create the image of a threat or drama. Someone came up with this in the WH or it could be Bannon- this seems like something he’d do.

is how he thinks everyone thinks like him, doing things only for political reasons, rigging elections, being surprised that Lincoln was a republican, etc. A mind so small he can't visualize a bigger mind. The whole Post Office debacle is being done out in the open, not even typical for a regular criminal mind that would at least try to be sneaky.

So now the opposing side can take countermeasures, even write legislation to counter it (we'll see how it fairs in the senate).

Think how it would've worked if all this sabotage had been unleashed just 2 or 3 weeks before the election. That would've been the smart thing to do.
