She was in a club in New York in the early 80s, and a security man approached her and invited her to have a drink with Donald Trump. She declined politely, and he became rather insistent and she told him that if he didn’t leave the table, she would start screaming rape at the top of her lungs.

Years later when she saw his security guy, she remembered him distinctly. He was the guy that tried to start a security force in the White House To supplant the Secret Service. Apparently, that did not work out real well.

If he's stating future plans, it may be because he's confident of his success.

I'm not going to laugh until Biden and Harris are actually being sworn in.
