Why always reactive, rather than proactive? And I love that our wonderful Dem House impeached, but why wait for him to create a catastrophic event?

DHS is supposed to protect our country.

I don't think what now dead people, who could not fathom a traitor in the WH and coconspirators in the Senate, wrote >200 years ago should matter, tbh. Rump has broken about every law possible in plain sight.

Should we wait until he nukes something? Serious question.

What is dhs for if not to protect our country?

It sounds as if you prefer to leave the country in the hands of a stark raving mad putin puppet?

Not a fan of coups, but when the garbage piles up, someone needs to take it out.

Don't worry, my friend, no one else is asking my opinion & all the sophists are wringing their hands rather than having an intel agency remove him.

Just my opinion. I'd rather they remove the lunatic than have everything that is left destroyed.

Do you have any idea what affect a coup would have? If you think that trump is worse than a coup, than you don't have any idea what it would be like living under a military dictatorship.

He needs to be removed. But to do so beforehand, at the hands of military officials, is getting to a very slippery slope.
The 25th amendment, however, should be invoked.

people think stereotypical 3rd world government changes are a good idea. Do folks really think after a coup power will just be handed over to someone they approve of and the military goes back like nothing happened?

A military led change of power is about as un-Democratic as you can get. Yet the proposal keeps coming up

Civilian Federal law enforcement is perfectly capable of removing a delusional person trespassing in the White House.
