When they stormed Normandy they were fighting to keep Democracy alive and to save Europe from Hitler.
These young people are playing a GAME for the ENTERTAINMENT and ENRICHMENT of others.

These kids can contract a disease that, if they survive, can haunt them with medical difficulties that will be a life long deterrent to their dreams.

I simply cannot understand the callous reactions of those who are at the ends of their careers and lives toward the young. Looking at you Mr. Holtz.

It is a total corruption of the notion of sacrifice for the common good.

Already, there are 10...10! Football players from the Big 10 that are showing up to a 5% loss in heart function due to something we still don't understand about how the virus impacts our organs.

5% reduction in a sport where your chance of being successful hinges on micro differences in speed and agility seems pretty fucking significant!

And then there is my mom, who, had chickenpox as a young child, and then, at age 84 developed a debilitating case of shingles that Damm near killed her and left her permanently scarred
