After reading Michael Cohen's forward I wonder if there is a way to get others who are held down

by NDA agreements to talk. I am not a lawyer but I watch them on TV and I remember a story about this.

CBS's show "Bull" is basically a lawyer show and has all sorts of interesting cases.

The episode actually featured a man who was fashioned after Trump. A really rich real estate guy who goes to a men's club and into a private room with one of the dancers where he proceeds to rape her. She went to the police but no one would touch the case because of this guy's power. Finally Bull takes the case and they needed to prove that he had raped other women in the past - a pattern of behavior type thing. But the one woman who he raped and paid off had signed an NDA.

SOOO they got his ex-wife who was really wealthy by now with 1/2 of his money to agree to pay the NDA penalties upfront. She hated the guy anyway and knew how abusive he was. The woman was free to testify because he couldn't come after her for money because she just gave him the money, through his X-wife.

Actually I don't think it would be wise to pay up front with Trump because if someone breaks an NDA with him he has to take them to court, pay the money and time etc. and he will be out of office by the time anything happens and I believe he will be living in Siberia.

I don't know if all of this is legal but I wonder if a couple of our dear billionaire Democratic friends could pay for the legal penalties if some of these people would come forward like Michael Cohen is doing now since he is not legally required to keep silent anymore.

The name Bloomberg comes to mind.

If the pee pee tape or the tape of his saying the "n" word comes out he is a goner.

If all the people that he's signed NDA's with - just ignored them and spilled the beans - I'm wondering if he could possibly defend all of them. I don't know if he has enough money or lawyers.

I always say - there's power in numbers.

If it’s for a business I can understand that and non-competes.

This I think is just something Roy Cohn started as a means of intimidating people. Trump didn’t really mind bad press really early on - he cherished it.

it could easily be nullified, as it would be likely be signed under duress.

but refuses to come out and go on the record. I'm sure there are plenty of people that were on this show who could have some great information - even if it is just corroboration.

I think a lot of people are more concerned about his power in his current position more so than the NDA's. We have already seen those women who were not afraid of going against his NDA's and won in court. They are not well done but are used to control people. He also may not have the funds for a protracted court battle.
