Portland, criminal cops slash tires of guy sitting his car
The guy pulled over so their van could get by, cops pull up next to him, stop and slash all four tires on his car while he is just sitting in it
That's over $1,000.00 in damage plus the cost of towing
That asshole should be fired and criminally charged .........
