USPS is not a business. It is a service and does not have to make a profit. Srkdqltr Aug 2020 #1

Why do they keep saying the Post Office *lost* money? They were underfunded. The Military didn't *lose* $700 Billion last year.

Oh, and the defense department has a *massive* loss, as does basically every other government agency.

I would not give them money until decent people are running it though, or else they will steal it, just like with covid relief!

Let's get rid of the Marines, Army, Air Force, Green Berets, Coast Guard, Navy, an especially tRump, who is a MASTER of losing money.

In 2006 that requires health benefits and pensions for postal employees to be funded 75 years out needs to be repealed. This costs the USPS billions every year. No government agency or private business is required to do this.

Also remember, the USPS in normal times, doesn't receive any taxpayer funding. This law is what is hurting the postal service. It was meant to when written and passed.
