Oleander
Scientific Name(s): Nerium oleander L.
Oleander has traditionally been used in the treatment of cardiac illness, asthma, diabetes mellitus, corns, scabies, cancer, and epilepsy, and in wound healing as an antibacterial/antimicrobial.
However, limited quality clinical trials are available to support these uses.
There is no clinical evidence to support specific doses of oleander.
Oleander is extremely toxic and potentially fatal.
Oleander is no longer considered safe due to extreme toxicity.

It's being pushed as a cure for Covid-19 by the president of Phoenix Biotechnology which has a product based on it.
(At least he was the president until yesterday, Saturday, when he stepped down to be an advisor. )
It's been touted by him as a treatment for cancer and several other conditions in the recent past .
It has not been fully tested or approved for any of them.
