Reading the same quote over and over, just wasting on air time. Poor Jonathan Lemire had to sit through it waiting to speak.

(10,014 posts)Guests on his show have to be very patient, reminds me of how Tweety treated his guests.

(16,829 posts)Except with Morning Joe its also the other hosts that have to sit there. And they have more intelligent things to say than he does.

(25,944 posts)On the outside chance that anything newsworthy ever comes from one of these shows, itll get posted here shortly anyway. Even the mundane details find their way here (hint, hint). Id be hard-pressed to pick out Joe Scarborough from a line-up, but now I know he loves the sound of his voice. Quelle surprise! I bet he will still love to hear himself talk tomorrow as well.

(182,829 posts)I find Joe to be particularly repetitive. I like many of the guests but they tend to get on one point and hammer it.

(19,841 posts)He and Joe were just lamenting* how Republicans have gone along with Trump. Will said that the "malleability" of their principles was both the bad news and good news. Good news because he figures when Trump is gone those same Republicans can return to their conservative roots.
No one on panel seemed to think that if people have "malleable" principles, they probably have none at all.
(* Isn't lamenting a great George Will word?)
