As we await the convention tonite and the next days, may I make a suggestion?

For the next 4 days, we will hear from great people who support Joe Biden. I support him and Kamala Harris. My one wish:
Please Joe, show more enthusiasm and energy as you give your acceptance speech.

I feel that he needs to show more personality, enthusiasm, a more fighting spirit. I know he is a gentle man and more than capable of the job but the right will be screaming their heads off if he comes off as old, tired, whatever.

(I really did not want to post this thought but I think it is important that he and Kamala show the country that they are on top of things. I am most concerned that V.P. Biden will be too soft and gentle.

Just thoughts of an old Democrat that hopes to be around to vote against this evil moron we now have in the White House.)

1. It's tough to do when one is not in front of a big, cheering crowd. But I get what you are saying.

Hopefully, this first effort at a convention during a pandemic has been carefully planned for the circumstances.

While worried, I'm optimistic. We have a lot of creative people working on this and a lot of excited supporters.

3. I did not mean to be negative. I'd just like to hear Joe with a little more "oomph".

He seems at times to be too gentle, to calm. We are in a fight for our lives and I'd like to hear him come across as a fighter. I know Kamala will.
Whatever happens, we must all get behind them or we are sunk come November.
