I live in Kentucky. Is this happening in other states fellow DU'ers? McGrath, for some reason, has forsaken health care, USPS, and Corona to spend all her ads attacking Mitch on China. Is this something that will really drive people to the polls? I don't get it. Are you guys seeing ads targeting health care, the economy, and other more important issues in your areas? I just don't understand why she's made China the #1 issue in the race.

(509 posts)and Mitch's corruption should be what every ad is run on. This is stuff that people talk about at the kitchen table. No one is sitting around talking about China.

(2,281 posts)Mitch's Senate super Pac ads for Joanie Ernst in Iowa are showing her and the republicans as being tough on China and protecting Americans by making American companies make PPE and other such nonsense. I have seen a TON of these ads on Iowa TV.
She just might be trying to get out ahead of Mitch's likely strategy of only he and the Repugs can protect us form the China Virus.
The early ads attacking Moscow Mitch from outside groups appeared to be effective early -- hopefully she and others will go after that and the rampant greed and grift of both Mitch and his scumbag wife.
