1. Not Sure If It Matters, But...

...their net income for Trailing Twelve Months is $368 million.
That's the last 4 quarters in which they posted positive net income. Given the excitement generated in the market when they were losing money, and had debt 4x operating income, actually posting a profit and getting that ratio to under 2 might be lighting some people's fires.
However, continuing to bid up the stock price $368 million against $13 billion in debt still seems overly optimistic.
