I am 80, did a Caribbean cruise in early march, shopped at Walmart grocery store twice every week, accompanied wife for cancer treatments every 3 weeks. dined at my ocean front sea food restaurants, and at Gym 6 times every week. No problem whatsoever. Because I am healthy due to the exercise.

I must have acquired IMMUNITY by exposure to covid-19 on a jam pack crowded cruise in early March.

Only thing which can explain why I have not gotten sick from covid-19.

I believe that your fitness helps, but the virus sickened a 24 year old all star major league pitcher and left him with a heart ailment that he will need professional care for. It has killed muscle-bound young men that had no apparent comorbilities. It sickened an NBA Center and still has him dealing with after-effects.

I hate to be preachy, but I really hope that you are wearing a mask everywhere and social distancing where possible. There is so much that is unknown about this virus, one of which is whether a person can get it more than once.

I really don’t know where I stand. I do know that I had headaches in February and I never have headaches. I also had lung congestion that was not normal. I could have just had something not Covid related, though the headaches were totally not something that I ever had. I am perfectly fine now, but I started wearing a face mask in February and have not stopped using one when in public.

10. I exercise 6 days every week

on a treadmill for 30 minutes set at 23 min/mile and 3 degrees up-slope. My lungs get so much oxygen, the virus has no chance to build a condo in my lungs. It feels so great to have strong legs at age 80, with no balance issues and risk of falls.
