No joke. They’ve tried this in the UK. Defenestration of the cavum septum pellucidum and/or the cavum vergae has shown promise in combatting severe mental disorders.

Would he consent to the procedure? Unlikely. Like most Cluster B-disordered people, he thinks he’s perfect and that everyone else is screwed up, but defenestration might work on Trump.
