It would get the message out to everyone, including the deaf and hard of hearing. It would also allow those of us who do not want to hear his voice to follow the message as well. I turned audio on until he mangled 'China' for the billionth time, and then closed the tab. Ugh, not worth it. You get a zero on this one from me, TLP.
