Using the White House for the trDump location to formally accept the RNC nomination was an after thought.

North Carolina got trDumpie all upset because they were going to require CDC Covid pandemic rules. This included social distancing and wearing face masks. The RNC and trDump refused.

The RNC then took their Fascist road show to Florida. The recent explosive Covid situation in Florida meant the host city in Florida was also contemplating social distancing and face mask requirements for the new RNC shindig. The RNC and Team trDump wanted a Nazi Rally feel to the convention,... rules of social distancing and face masks were not free-dumb and macho male enough. trDumpie would not be caught in public wearing face mask because he does not want to be viewed as a pinko liberal, so Florida as the site of the RNC was loosing its appeal.

Then Team trDump came up with the marvelous idea,.. why not use the White House and the White House grounds for trDumpie's location to accept the RNC's vote to nominate trDump for his second term.

The US taxpayers can pay a portion of trDump's political costs by the use of the White House for this political event.

The trDump Washington DC luxury hotel, bars, and restaurants stand to make incredible profits by moving portion of the RNC to the White House environs. It might bring more media exposure and enhance trDump's political aspirations for his second term.

Always the showman,.. particularly if the cost of the show is paid with someone else's dime, and not trDump's money.
