When I tried to watch today's 60 Minutes program, the first segment, on "The Russian Hack", had a lot of jumps and audio dropouts, even a few total losses of signal. Makes it hard to understand.
Yeah, it could be my DVR fucking up.
It could be my satellite dish fritzing out.
It could be Dish, our current satellite TV provider, jumbling up their signal.
It could be that the local CBS affiliate is fucking up. (That would not be all that unusual)
It could be the GRU, jamming the signal.
There were no interruptions in the other two segments, naturally.
I doubt if CBS sent out their signal this way today.
So, hahaha, did anyone else experience anything similar?

I figured it was my equipment or provider.

I'm no tinfoil wearer, but I hear stream throttling is a thing.
This has gone on for months. Sure, it could be some random universe stuff, but I doubt it.
