Interference during first 60 Minutes segment?

When I tried to watch today's 60 Minutes program, the first segment, on "The Russian Hack", had a lot of jumps and audio dropouts, even a few total losses of signal. Makes it hard to understand.

Yeah, it could be my DVR fucking up.

It could be my satellite dish fritzing out.

It could be Dish, our current satellite TV provider, jumbling up their signal.

It could be that the local CBS affiliate is fucking up. (That would not be all that unusual)

It could be the GRU, jamming the signal.

There were no interruptions in the other two segments, naturally.

I doubt if CBS sent out their signal this way today.

So, hahaha, did anyone else experience anything similar?

1. Could have been the CBS feed

We have Spectrum cable in New York NY-21 and it was a terrible feed for us as well.

2. Here in SF with my over-the-air HD antenna

The signal was crystal clear.

6. Live that close, I could use and old metal coat hanger and get reception

7. I use my Custom Coat Hanger antenna. I get about 65 channels, give or take.

Picked up 73 channels on one scan. Better reception than the store-bought antenna I was using, lol.

12. I don't watch 60 Minutes, but I do experience something similar every night when Rachel's on.

There are never, ever any other interruptions on our cable stream until her show. Ever.

I'm no tinfoil wearer, but I hear stream throttling is a thing.

This has gone on for months. Sure, it could be some random universe stuff, but I doubt it.
