last fucking thing the simple minded jackass should have been doing was jacking bullets into the car.

I don't know WFT was being said as this man started to work his way around that car, but you are going to be damn sure they are going to say they were scared he was going for a gun.

This is flat unacceptable.

Basic situational awareness should have led the two cops who chased him around the car to not allow him to get to that door if that was the case, to prevent popping shots off with children at risk.
