how the hell can he make 'efficient' changes without understanding why these changes were made and who made these changes in the first place?

I do think contacting board members is important.

That might make sense if he feels that Trimpolean can fix it for him later which I would assume might have been a part of the deal, but that's just speculation. He may not get tried sentenced until after the election and so, he has a lot riding on that.
Yeah, it is my firm view he is committing an actual felony and I have no doubts in my mind. Let's see how this self-avowed, "logistics expert", (axe man) plays his mobster game out.
